この街が読めるほど、暮らす。
A furnished home in Hiroo & central Tokyo for a 90–180 day stay — arranged in English before you land. No guarantor, no Japanese bank account. We're sourcing the first homes now.
How this works — before you pay anything
The name
From 栖原 — su, a dwelling; hara, open ground — and the name we carry, 栖原 尋: hiro, to read the depth of a place.
The final letter is one quiet breath:
What we're sourcing
No home is bookable yet. This is the shape of the first residences — the one you receive will name the exact building, floor, and move-in date, with the full monthly cost in one number.
What's included · what you won't need
Not a serviced apartment
The bath, the trash days, the unspoken rules — so your first days feel like arriving, not visiting.
Every five days, one card — an ordinary river, a garden wall — read through the season passing.
A thirty-minute reading of the plateau and the lowland — no guide, no group.
Why this slope, this spring, this shop still stands — a place with a past, not just an expensive one.
Before you ask
Yes — operated in Japan by Dra Pocket LLC (合同会社), a registered Japanese company, under the Kotodama Journey name. Every home is offered on a Japanese contract we sign as operator.
No. You see the exact home — building, floor, photos, move-in date — and the full monthly cost as one number, before any payment.
No. You pay by card, and no personal Japanese guarantor is required. Both are handled on our side.
We're sourcing the first homes now. Tell us your dates below and you'll be first to receive a matching home — with the full cost, before anyone else.
Request upcoming availability
Two minutes. We'll only send you homes that actually match your dates, area, and budget — no mailing list.
